Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) between the Service Provider and
the natural or legal person using the Service (hereinafter referred to as
the general conditions of the contractual relationship established between the Client

Application for the game is made via online booking https://odalent.hu/foglalas/ via the website or by phone on 06 70 512 3733. Booking confirmation is sent by email. Payment is made on site before the game starts, by bank card, SZÉP card (K&H, OTP) or cash. Once the game has started, we are unable to issue refunds. The Service Provider shall provide a bespoke quotation for the service fee and shall apply the price list publicly published on its website and other public platforms. The current price list is www.odalent.hu found on the page, no other source can be considered authoritative, the prices found there are not valid. Unless otherwise specified, fees are in Hungarian Forints (HUF), and the Service Provider is exempt from VAT (indicated separately on the invoice). The invoice or receipt is issued electronically (NAV-compliant). Unless otherwise agreed, the payment deadline is 8 calendar days from the date of the invoice. In the event of late payment, the Service Provider may charge late payment interest in accordance with the Civil Code.
The Service Provider shall perform the ordered service at the time agreed upon by the parties. The place of performance shall be — unless otherwise specified — the premises of the Service Provider or, in the case of electronically delivered products (gift voucher), the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

1) Everyone takes part in the game entirely at their own risk.
(2) Persons under the age of 14 may only participate in the game accompanied by an adult.
(3) Persons under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances may not participate in the game.
(4) In the event of a 30-minute delay compared to the booked time slot, there is no longer any possibility to start the game.
(5) The duration of the game is 1 hour.
(6) In the event of intentional damage, the Service Provider may pass on the compensation for the damage to the User.
The intellectual creation generated in the course of the service (design,
text content) is protected by copyright.
The parties undertake that during the performance of the contract, they become aware of
compromised confidential information (trade secrets, customer data, technical
solutions) are not made available to third parties, except,
if required by law or a court/official decision. This

The parties shall attempt to settle any legal disputes arising from the contract amicably
