The Service Provider shall be liable for any damage resulting from the provision of incorrect or erroneous data.<\/p><p>No liability is accepted.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Fees, booking and payment terms<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Application for the game is made via online booking <a href=\"https:\/\/odalent.hu\/en\/booking\/\">https:\/\/odalent.hu\/foglalas\/<\/a> via the website or by phone on 06 70 512 3733. Booking confirmation is sent by email. Payment is made on site before the game starts, by bank card, SZ\u00c9P card (K&amp;H, OTP) or cash. Once the game has started, we are unable to issue refunds. The Service Provider shall provide a bespoke quotation for the service fee and shall apply the price list publicly published on its website and other public platforms. The current price list is <a href=\"https:\/\/odalent.hu\/en\/\">www.odalent.hu<\/a> found on the page, no other source can be considered authoritative, the prices found there are not valid. Unless otherwise specified, fees are in Hungarian Forints (HUF), and the Service Provider is exempt from VAT (indicated separately on the invoice). The invoice or receipt is issued electronically (NAV-compliant). Unless otherwise agreed, the payment deadline is 8 calendar days from the date of the invoice. In the event of late payment, the Service Provider may charge late payment interest in accordance with the Civil Code.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong> Fulfillment, delivery<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The Service Provider shall perform the ordered service at the time agreed upon by the parties. Bizalmas inform\u00e1ci\u00f3k A felek v\u00e1llalj\u00e1k, hogy a szerz\u0151d\u00e9s teljes\u00edt\u00e9se sor\u00e1n tudom\u00e1sukra jutott bizalmas inform\u00e1ci\u00f3kat (\u00fczleti titok, \u00fcgyf\u00e9ladatok, technikai megold\u00e1sok) harmadik f\u00e9l r\u00e9sz\u00e9re nem teszik hozz\u00e1f\u00e9rhet\u0151v\u00e9, kiv\u00e9ve, ha ezt jogszab\u00e1ly vagy b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi\/hat\u00f3s\u00e1gi hat\u00e1rozat el\u0151\u00edrja. Vegyes rendelkez\u00e9sek A jelen \u00c1SZF-ben nem szab\u00e1lyozott k\u00e9rd\u00e9sekben a Polg\u00e1ri T\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyvr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2013. \u00e9vi V. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny (Ptk.), illetve az elektronikus kereskedelmi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok egyes k\u00e9rd\u00e9seir\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2001. \u00e9vi CVIII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny (Ektv.) rendelkez\u00e9sei az ir\u00e1nyad\u00f3ak. A Megrendel\u0151 \u2014 fogyaszt\u00f3i min\u0151s\u00e9g eset\u00e9n \u2014 a B\u00e9k\u00e9ltet\u0151 Test\u00fclethez, valamint az Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3 on-line vitarendez\u00e9si platformj\u00e1hoz (https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr) fordulhat.
